Insurance
You have to take care of your own Travel Insurance

Bring with you:
You are responsible for ensuring linen : fitted sheets for the beds of 90x 200 (6 pieces), linen (8 pieces), duvet covers (8 pieces), 1×2 pers. fitted sheet (a bed of 180x 200)
Also bring your own towels and tea towels .

Equipement
OnsHuset is equiped for 6-8 persons. When you want to come with 8 persons, please tell us first, so we can take care of the extra beds.

Also present:
Micro wave, water boiler, juicer, coffee maker, toaster
TV with satellite, DVD, music installation, washing machine with dryer, spin drier, ironing board, iron, clothesline.
Garden furniture with parasol

Keys:
When you have paid the full amount, we will send you the keys of the house and the garage.

Fire extinguisher:
Next to the stairs, upstairs.

Pets are allowed:
They can also have a wonderful holiday in onsHuset!
But take care of one hour extra for cleaning, when you leave….

Smoking
It is not allowed to smoke in the house

Shoes:
A typical use will contribute to the Swedish house in Sweden, they have a nice habit: they don’t wear shoes in the house. A good example to follow.

Cleaning, when you leave:
If you leave the cleaning implement, we charge  € 60,00 for this. This will be deducted from the deposit. you and don’t leave the house .

If you clean the house yourselves:
Clean all the floors with the vacuum cleaner and mop the floors
Clean the bathroom, incl toilet and shower, the basement and the kitchen.
Clean tableware and cutlery
Beds tidy, even under the beds
Clean freeze and refrigerator, doors open
Leave sorted waste at the collection points
In the hall, behind the curtain, you find things to clean, mop, vacuum cleaner, basket etc.

Departure:
Close the windows, don’t forget the window in the basement
Garden furniture and parasol in the garage
All radiators on “1”, in autumn, winter

When you come home:
Please sent us a message, about damage or not functioning, or missing  things.
