One week renting means renting from Saterday till Saturday. The price is per week, unless otherwise indicated.

In all other weeks the price is € 295, 00 per week

For 7 or 8 persons per week, € 50,00 extra charged .

Note on rental: Renting is in principle only from Saturday till Saturday. In consultation with rentals also available per night: in high season € 65,00 per night, in  the low seasons € 45,00 per night.

Payment in advance. Deposit: € 100,00. The deposit will be deducted from the final  cleaning,  (€ 60,00) if you like somebody else should clean the house  and deposited into your bank account.

Prices are included water and electricity

If canceled up to six weeks before the rental period, € 50.00 is nobble charged.
Cancellation within 6 weeks before the rental period, half the amount will be charged.
Cancellation within 3 weeks before the rental period, the entire amount will be charged
